You can permanently delete your Postpone account from the Danger Zone settings page.
Deleting Your Account
- Navigate to Settings > Danger Zone.
- Click Delete My Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you want to proceed before confirming.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- All scheduled and draft posts.
- Post history and analytics data.
- Connected social accounts and their authorization tokens.
- Media library files.
- Team memberships and client relationships.
- All account settings and preferences.
Subscription Cancellation
If you have an active paid subscription, deleting your account also cancels your subscription. You will not be charged again after deletion.
If you only want to cancel your subscription without deleting your account, see Cancel Subscription instead.
Before You Delete
Consider whether you need to:
- Export any data you want to keep.
- Cancel your subscription separately if you want to retain access until the end of your billing period rather than deleting immediately.
- Transfer team ownership if you are the owner of a team with other members.
