Customization Options
Text
Enter the text you want displayed as your watermark — up to 500 characters. Common choices include your username, social media handle, or website URL.
Font
Choose from six font families:
| Font | Style |
|---|---|
| DejaVu | Default sans-serif |
| DejaVu Mono | Monospaced |
| DejaVu Serif | Serif |
| Noto | Alternative sans-serif |
| Noto Mono | Alternative monospaced |
| Noto Serif | Alternative serif |
You can also set the font to Bold and/or Italic for additional emphasis.
Color
Choose from 11 preset colors.
Opacity
Adjust the watermark transparency from 0% (fully transparent) to 100% (fully opaque). Lower opacity values make the watermark more subtle, while higher values make it more prominent.
Size
Choose from six size presets:
| Size | Description |
|---|---|
| Tiny | Smallest watermark |
| Small | Subtle, minimal size |
| Medium | Balanced size |
| Large | Clearly visible |
| Huge | Prominent watermark |
| Ginormous | Largest watermark |
The watermark size is calculated as a percentage of the image's smallest dimension, so it scales proportionally across different image sizes.
Placement
Control where the watermark appears on the image using two alignment settings:
Vertical alignment:
- Top
- Center
- Bottom
Horizontal alignment:
- Left
- Center
- Right
Combine these to place the watermark in any of nine positions (e.g., bottom-right, top-center, center-center).
Saving Watermark Presets
Once you've configured a watermark you like, you can save it as a preset for quick reuse.
Saving a New Preset

- Select a preset to load its settings instantly.
Updating a Preset

- Click Save Preset.

Deleting a Preset
- Load the preset you want to delete.
- Click the Delete button.
- Confirm the deletion.
Default Watermark (Auto-Apply)
You can designate one saved watermark as your default. When a default watermark is set, it is automatically applied to all new images uploaded to the Content Library.
Setting a Default Watermark
- When saving a new preset, check the Set as default option.
- Or, update an existing preset and enable the default option.
Only one watermark can be the default at a time. Setting a new default automatically removes the default status from the previous one.
How Auto-Apply Works
- Upload new images to the Content Library (via drag-and-drop, file picker, or external import).
- Postpone automatically applies your default watermark to each uploaded image.
- The watermark is applied in real-time — no extra steps required.
Bulk Watermarking
You can apply a watermark to multiple images at once:
- Navigate to the Content Library.
- Select multiple images using the checkboxes.
- Click Bulk Watermark from the actions menu.
- Configure your watermark settings or load a saved preset.
- Preview how the watermark will look across your selected images using the navigation arrows.
- Click Apply to watermark all selected images.
Filtering by Watermark Status
The Content Library lets you filter images by whether they have a watermark applied:
- All — Show all images.
- With Watermark — Show only watermarked images.
- Without Watermark — Show only images without a watermark.
This is useful for quickly finding images that still need watermarking, or for reviewing which images have already been watermarked.
Removing a Watermark
To remove a watermark from an image:
- Click on the watermarked image in the Content Library.
- Select the Watermark tab.
- Clear the watermark text or remove the watermark operation.
- Click Save.
