With Postpone, you can schedule Facebook posts, Stories, and Reels in advance so that your content continuously appears in your followers' feeds.
Post Types
Posts
Standard Facebook posts can include:
- Text — Up to 10,000 characters.
- Images — Up to 10 images per post.
- Videos — A single video per post (cannot be combined with images).
Stories
- Stories contain a single image or video.
- Stories disappear after 24 hours.
Reels
- Reels contain a single video up to 60 seconds.
- Reels are always public — anyone on or off Facebook can view them.

First Comment
For Posts and Reels, you can schedule a first comment to be posted immediately after publication. This is commonly used for adding hashtags or a call to action.
How to Schedule a Facebook Post
- Click the Facebook Create a Post button.
- Select the post type (Post, Story, or Reel).
- Write your post content.
- Optionally attach images or a video.
- Optionally add a first comment (Posts and Reels only).
- Choose your desired Scheduled Date and Time.
- Click Schedule Post.
Your Facebook post will be submitted at the scheduled date and time.
