Redditor Score is Postpone's estimate of how well-positioned a Reddit account is for submitting posts without being rate limited, shadowbanned, or suspended.
Where to find it
Your Redditor Score is displayed on the Settings > Social Accounts > Reddit page, under each connected Reddit account.
The score is shown as a number out of 10, with a color-coded progress bar:
- Green (7–10) — Account is in good standing
- Yellow (4–6) — Account has some risk factors
- Red (0–3) — Account has a higher risk of issues
Click Redditor Score Details to expand a breakdown of the individual factors.
What affects the score
The Redditor Score is calculated from several account signals:
- Verified email — Reddit accounts with a verified email address are significantly less likely to be suspended.
- Link karma — Accounts with at least 500 link karma are considered lower risk.
- Comment karma — Active participation in communities (500+ comment karma) lowers suspension risk.
- Percentage of removed posts — A high rate of posts removed by Reddit or subreddit moderators negatively impacts the score.
- Account age — Newer accounts (under 90 days old) carry a higher risk.
Important note
A high Redditor Score does not guarantee that posts will never be rate limited or removed. Reddit's moderation systems are not disclosed to third parties and can change at any time. Accounts posting to a subreddit for the first time are still subject to rate limiting regardless of score.
