Postpone can send you automated email reports summarizing your post performance and follower growth. Reports are delivered on a recurring schedule so you can track trends without logging in.
Setting Up Email Reports
- Navigate to Settings > Reports.
- Choose your report frequency: Weekly or Monthly.
- Confirm your email address. You must have a verified email on your account to receive reports.
- Save your preferences.
Once enabled, reports are sent automatically at the start of each period (weekly on Monday, or monthly on the 1st).
What's Included
Each report summarizes your activity for the reporting period:
- Top-performing posts — Your best posts ranked by engagement metrics.
- Follower growth — How your follower count changed across connected accounts.
- Key metrics — Aggregate likes, replies, views, and engagements for the period.
Managing Reports
From Settings > Reports, you can:
- Change frequency — Switch between weekly and monthly reports at any time.
- Disable reports — Turn off automated reports if you no longer want to receive them.
You must have a confirmed email address to receive performance reports. Verify your email under Settings > Account if you haven't already.
