The History page shows all posts that have been submitted across your connected social accounts. Use it to review what you've published, check post performance, and take actions on past content.
Accessing History
Click History in the main navigation to open the History page. All past submissions are listed in reverse chronological order (newest first).
Filtering Results
Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow down your history:
- Date range — Choose a preset range (last 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) or set a custom date range.
- Account — Filter by a specific connected social account.
- Subreddit — Filter by subreddit (for Reddit posts).
Filters can be combined to find exactly what you're looking for.
Managing Posts
From the History page, you can take actions on individual posts:
- Remove from platform — Delete a published post directly from the social platform without leaving Postpone.
- Copy and reschedule — Copy a published post's content to schedule it again. This is useful for reposting evergreen content or resharing a post that performed well.
