Postpone does not support adding IP proxies, and for the vast majority of platforms they are not needed. This page explains when proxies might be relevant and what to do if they are.
API-Based Platforms
For every platform except Reddit, Postpone publishes through the platform's official API. Postpone has been reviewed and approved by each of these platforms, so there is no ban risk from using the API itself.
The same content rules that apply when you post directly on a platform still apply when you post through Postpone. You must follow each platform's terms of service and community guidelines — don't spam, don't post prohibited content, and respect rate limits.
Because these platforms have approved Postpone's API access, an IP proxy is not necessary and not supported.
Reddit is the only platform where IP proxies might be relevant, but Postpone does not publish Reddit posts directly. Instead, Postpone uses notification posting: you receive a notification at the scheduled time and then publish the post yourself through Reddit's official app or website.
Because you are the one submitting the post, any proxy setup would need to be configured on the device or browser you use to publish — not inside Postpone. This means setting up a proxy on your mobile device, desktop browser, or a proxy/antidetect browser.
When a Proxy Might Be Needed
IP proxies are generally only necessary if you are publishing Reddit posts for multiple accounts. If you manage several client or brand accounts and publish from the same IP address, Reddit may flag the activity.

Single-Account Users
If you only manage one Reddit account, you almost certainly do not need an IP proxy. Simply publish through Reddit's app or website when you receive a notification from Postpone.
