Permissions let you control exactly what each team member can do in your Postpone account. You can set permissions when inviting a user or update them at any time from Settings > Team.
Admin Permissions
Admin permissions can only be edited by the account owner.

| Manage team members | Invite new members, remove existing members, and manage their permissions. |
| Social account management | Control whether this user can connect new social accounts, or have full access to connect and manage all social accounts. |
Feature Permissions
Grant or restrict access to specific features.
Content Access
Control which posts a team member can see and edit:
- All account content — Access to all posts across the account.
- Own content only — Access limited to posts the user created.
Inbox Access
Control access to comments and messages from connected social accounts:
- Public comments — View and reply to public comments on posts.
- Private messages — View and reply to private messages.

Approvals Workflow
Control whether a team member requires approval before publishing, or can approve posts from others.

Settings Access
Control which settings pages a team member can view:

| Content hosts | View and manage connected content hosting services. |

Setting Permissions
Permissions can be configured in two places:
- When inviting a user — Set initial permissions as part of the invitation flow in Settings > Manage Users.
- After a user joins — Update permissions at any time by clicking the edit button next to a team member.
The account owner always has full access to all features and settings. Owner permissions cannot be modified.
