Client Connect lets clients connect all of their social accounts to an agency's Postpone account. This is the recommended way for agencies to connect their clients' accounts.
Why use Client Connect?
- Protect other social accounts - Clients log in from their own IP address and browser, so there is no risk of linking their accounts with yours.
- Improve Postpone account security - Clients cannot access your Postpone account.
- Maintain client privacy - Clients don't need to share their social media credentials with you.
How It Works
- Navigate to Settings > Clients and add your clients to Postpone.
- Click Invite Client, copy the generated link, and send it to your client.
- Your client clicks the link and connects each of their social accounts.
- The accounts are added to your Postpone account and associated with the correct client.
Detailed Instructions
Generate a Client Connect Link
- Navigate to Settings > Clients on Postpone.
- Add your clients to Postpone.
- Click the Invite Client button next to the client you'd like to invite.

- Activate the link and select an expiration timeframe.
- Copy the generated link and send it to your client.
Client Adds their Accounts
- Your client clicks the link you sent them.
- They will see the Client Connect landing page, which displays your agency name and email.

- Your client selects the platform they'd like to connect and clicks Connect to Platform.
- They log into the social platform and grant access to Postpone.
- They are redirected back to Postpone with their account connected.

Your client can repeat this process for each social platform they'd like to connect.
Before using Client Connect, you must have a confirmed email and established password on your Postpone account.
