Shared Content Library

Share media assets across your team through the Content Library.

The Content Library is shared across your team at the account level. Any media uploaded by one team member is available to everyone with the appropriate access.

How Sharing Works

All images, videos, and other media in the Content Library belong to the account, not to individual users. When a team member uploads media, it becomes available to other team members based on their account access level:

  • Full account access — Team members with access to all social accounts can browse and use all Content Library media.
  • Limited account access — Team members with access to specific social accounts or clients can access media associated with those accounts.

Working with Shared Content

Team members can:

  • Upload new media that becomes available to the rest of the team.
  • Organize media with labels to keep shared assets categorized.
  • Use shared media when composing posts for any connected social account they have access to.
