Brand voice settings let you configure how the AI assistant generates content for your team. Settings are shared across your account, so every team member produces content with a consistent voice and style.
Configuring Brand Voice
- Open the AI Assistant from the post editor.
- Navigate to the assistant's Settings.
- Configure your preferences for each platform:

| Tone | Choose a writing style: friendly, professional, funny, inspirational, informative, enthusiastic, persuasive, quirky, casual, authoritative, sarcastic, or provocative. |
| Use emojis | Whether the AI should include emojis in generated content. |
| Use hashtags | Whether the AI should include hashtags in generated content. |
| Custom instructions | Free-form text describing your brand voice, preferred vocabulary, topics to avoid, or any other guidelines for the AI to follow. |
Per-Platform Settings
Brand voice settings are configured separately for each social media platform. This lets you maintain a different tone across platforms — for example, a casual voice on Twitter and a professional voice on LinkedIn.
Shared Across Your Team
Brand voice settings are shared at the account level. When you configure the AI assistant's tone or custom instructions, those settings apply to every team member using the AI assistant on that platform.
This ensures brand consistency without requiring each team member to configure their own settings.
