Drafts

Save posts as drafts to finish and schedule them later.

Drafts let you save posts without scheduling them right away. Use drafts to prepare content in advance, collaborate with your team, or come back to finish a post later.

Saving a Post as a Draft

  1. Create your post using the Schedule Post page.
  2. Fill in the content, media, and any other details.
  3. Click Save Draft instead of Schedule Post.

Your post will be saved to the Drafts page, where you can return to it at any time.

Managing Drafts

Navigate to the Drafts page from the main navigation to view all of your draft posts across every connected platform.

From the Drafts page you can:

  • Edit a draft by clicking on it to open the post editor.
  • Submit now to publish a draft immediately.
  • Move to Trash to delete a draft you no longer need.
  • Submit for review to send a draft to an approver on your team (if approval workflows are enabled).

Filtering Drafts

Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow down your drafts:

  • Social accounts -- show drafts for specific connected accounts.
  • Clients -- filter by client (available if you manage client accounts).
  • Subreddits -- filter Reddit drafts by subreddit.

Bulk Actions

Select multiple drafts using the checkboxes to perform bulk operations:

  • Move to Trash -- delete multiple drafts at once.
  • Reddit Actions -- perform Reddit-specific bulk actions on selected Reddit drafts.
