Auto-Repost

Automatically repost your content after a set time to boost reach and engagement.

Auto-repost lets you automatically repost (reshare) your published content after a set period of time. This helps boost the visibility of your posts by resharing them to your followers at a later time.

How It Works

  1. When scheduling a post, enable the Auto-Repost option.
  2. Set the time delay — how long after the post is published before it should be reposted (e.g., 6 hours, 2 days).
  3. Optionally, choose which account to repost from if you have multiple connected accounts on the same platform.
  4. Optionally, set a daily repeat — the number of consecutive days to continue reposting once per day.
  5. Once the post is published, Postpone automatically reposts the content when the timer expires.

Setting Up Auto-Repost

When scheduling a post on a supported platform, look for the Auto-Repost section in the post editor:

  1. Toggle Auto-Repost on.
  2. Enter the number of hours or days after publishing to repost.
  3. Optionally, select a different Repost From Account if you want the repost to come from a different connected account on the same platform.
  4. Optionally, set Daily Repeat to continue reposting once per day for a specified number of days (up to 14 days).

Daily Repeat

The daily repeat option lets you extend the reach of your content over multiple days:

  • After the initial repost, Postpone will repost the content once per day for the specified number of days.
  • Each daily repost is spaced 24 hours apart.
  • The repeat counter decrements each day until it reaches zero.

For example, if you set the initial repost to 6 hours and daily repeat to 7 days, the post will be reposted 6 hours after publishing, then once per day for the next 7 days.

Repost From a Different Account

If you have multiple accounts connected on the same platform, you can choose which account performs the repost. This is useful for cross-promoting content between your own accounts — for example, reposting from your personal account to your brand account.

Canceling Auto-Repost

If you change your mind after a post has been published, you can cancel the scheduled repost:

  1. Find the post in your Submitted posts list.
  2. Open the post details.
  3. Click Cancel Auto-Repost to prevent the post from being reposted.
